Shipping Information
Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout. All shipped packages are fully insured. For security and insurance reasons, we are unable to ship to PO Boxes. To ensure smooth delivery, please provide your complete address, along with a contact phone number and email during checkout. Please double-check that your shipping address is correct and complete, as we cannot guarantee adjustments after processing. We are not responsible for items delivered to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
RAUW ROH offers international shipping. Please note that customs fees, import duties, and taxes may apply depending on the destination country. These fees are the responsibility of the customer.
Items in stock will be carefully packed using our recycled material boxes and shock-absorbing bubble zipper bags and will be shipped within 72 business hours of placing the order. Pre-order items will be shipped within 45 days due to the handcrafted process. A shipping confirmation will be sent via email once your order has been shipped.
If you would like to include a handwritten message for the recipient, please send an email to rauwroh@gmail.com with your name and order number immediately after placing your order.
Returns & Exchanges
We gladly accept returns within 7 days of delivery, as long as the item is in its original condition and packaging with the tag attached. If you wish to return an item, please notify us by emailing rauwroh@gmail.com with your name and order number. The choice of return shipping carrier is up to the buyer, and the cost will be at their own expense. Please note that round-trip shipping charges are non-refundable. If import duties apply during the return, they will be deducted from the total refund. A refund will be processed immediately after the item has been returned and inspected at our warehouse. We do not offer exchanges at this time. If you would like to exchange an item, please return it for a refund and place a new order for the desired item.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package appears to be lost during transit, if the items arrive damaged, or if you receive incorrect items, please contact us immediately and retain photo evidence of the packaging for carrier inspection. Please provide your full name, shipping address, and order number so we can process your claim efficiently and in a timely manner.
